Recently I started experiencing issues regarding horizontal lines that flicker on the screen when moving the camera or character. This line is very subtle and kinda transparent, but it looks like it distorts what is behind it. I run my skyrim with 140-150 mods including climates of tamriel, and i have used ENBoost for my game. I usually run the game at 40 frames outside and 60 inside, having limited the frames in enblocal.ini, so that is not a problem. I've tried to capture screenshots but none of them showed the line.
