Would go great if someone is able to port over the Navy Revolver to story mode. Maybe some skin , hair and clothing textures?

I downloaded and installed UE4 and installed it. I have UnrealPak but not sure how to use it. Is there anyone that can help me out? ok.. so i found out how to make a pak file. Now i just need to know how to make texture paks. I see .uasset .ubulk and .uexp files , but i dont know how to open them or make them
