I picked other because I use NMM, BOSS, and Wrye Bash. I use NMM for installing and uninstalling and for checking my current mod version against the most recent. I use BOSS to create my load order. I use Wrye Bash for the merged patch which reduces conflicts with leveled lists. Also I can use Wrye Bash to compare saves if I remove or add a mod. If I want to adjust my load order I can use either NMM or Wrye Bash but I prefer the latter as I have to rebuild my patch every time I change my load order. BOSS seems to work pretty well at creating a workable load order but I do shuffle some mods around. For instance, Realistic Lighting is always placed close to the top by BOSS but the mod author claims that it should be placed near the end.
