First of all I hope your treatment goes well. Something I would love to add in the new TES are things from the game Mount & Blade. I´ve played M&B Warband a lot and I love it. There are a lot of things that would be awesome to add, many from just that game. Large scale battles with horses and afoot. Sieges and siege machines. possible to tear down buildings. Castles with rivaling lords. Building castles and towns recruiting people. More companions which you can choose their skills and equipment. Much more enemies at the same time.
