probably because it is a little difficult to get everyone to agree on one version, and not everyone will accept a specific version for their own reasons, and some won't even care about this or not know and just keep doing what they are doing

You can just use console commands by enabling cheats in the engine_config file

I am only using basic mods that are needed, aka Harmony, Butterlib, UIExtender and Mod Menu, but it crashes on launch every time, what would a recommended version of the game be to try running these? or if someone has a fix for 1.0.3 please help.
