  1. Hey community, So I liked FWE's setting that changed the ragdoll physics and had settings like 1 is low death physics for more reaslism and 5 is extreme death physics that was just for fun. Does anyone know how I can edit Fallout's physics so it can be more extreme or realistic? I would use FWE but my character's load order has FOOK2 in it. I would like to be able to edit the physics of my game to my liking. If anyone knows how I can do this, or if there is a mod that I could use, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

  3. Well First off you WILL have problems with the game if you run FOOK2 and FWE. Second, If you are using FOOK2 v1.1 (which you should) you can't run destruction, because it only supports v1.0. Until they update to accommodate v1.1, you can not use this. Now, If you want to run Fook2 and FWE, I would suggest moving FOOK2 plugins above FWE's. I would also suggest you look up and download BOSS for Fallout 3, http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10193, which automaticly sorts your load order in FOMM (which if you do not use fomm already, I highly suggest that you do.) Now, the red squares and exclamation marks means that the game could not find a mesh, which means you downloaded something wrong and put it somewhere other than where it's suppose to go. I have also had problems with the unoffical patch conflicting with fwe/fook2. Use Boss, follow it's suggestions and see where that gets you. Also, I see you are running plugins without its masters, make sure the esm's are ABOVE the esp's and that what is required for the esp's are also loaded before it. (FOOK destruction needs Destruction and all it's plugins to be running and above it in the load order to work properly).
  4. I scrapped most of my mods and Im still sticking with FOOK2 and FWE. Some issues suck but whatever. The water I found out is just my graphics, once I turned water refractions on it fixed it (for some reason)... I am currently looking for all the mods used in FOOK2 and FWE to see if I can just use each individual mod together, then maybe it will be more compatible. Thanks for the help anyway, dude.

  6. Alright Guys, First, What mod do you like best? Second, What are some ways that you can make these two mods more compatible with each other? I personally love FWE for it's gameplay, but also love FOOK2 for all the guns ;D
  7. Yeah I have completely had it with FOOK2's incompatibility with FWE. There are too many issues that annoy me that I dont care anymore. I can live with regular fallout weopans, or I will switch over to the 19/20th century weopans mod. And Im about to sound super noobish, but how do you EXACTLY make a merged patch? you use FO3edit, right? or do you use FOMM? Also, ultskeletor and beck11, you guys will obtain 1000 internet points if you do those things. If you tell me how, I'd be glad to help any way possible. :)
  8. Hey Guys, So I'm having trouble with a bug that happens when I pull out any kind of sniper rifle. The main thing is the Field Of View changes for all guns and they cant shoot. I have to exit the game completely and load a clean game where I didnt pull out a sniper rifle to fix it. I believe it may be a compatibility issue between FWE v5.02 and FOOK2 v1.1. I might as well mention the other major mods I use, they are MMM, EVE, Project Beauty HD, RH_Ironsights (and for fook), DarNified UI FO3, Tailor Maid, and Fellout. (with FOIP patches as well) I also use FOSE and FOMM. I attached a picture of what it looks like. (The tearing/split between my arm and my hand is caused by tailor maid, I have not figured out what to do with that, either) If anyone can figure out why it is doing this, please help, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I do like my sniper rifles! :biggrin: (PS. one more thing, you know why my water is crystal clear? Is it fellout or what? thanks again!)
  9. tl;dr lol jk haha but It took me FOREVER to get all my mods working (which has all the major mods like FWE, FOOK 2 v1.1, Marts Mutant Mods, Fellout, and EVE, also many MANY texture replacers, animators, lighting and sound mods) but it is SOOO WORTH IT. It is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!1!!1!!!!!!!11!!!one!!!!111!! (also i have many small mods that work fine with fwe and fook, you just have to make sure that they are completely updated to the latest version. FO3edit and BOSS for Fallout3 help a great ton too.)

  14. I use FOOK 2, I think it's better plus it is sorta compatible.
  15. I use fellout, It's pretty good but has REALLY dark nights (though they have a plugin that disables this, I believe...). I'd like to use someother kind of weather mod, but they either retain the greenish color or has too much fog for my liking.
  16. Hey guys, I remember finding a mod here on nexus where they fixed dogmeat's talking animation to where he looks up at you. I cant remember the exact name and would like some help. (I searched "dog" and "dogmeat" under animation and nothing came up, also, google doesnt help...) If anyone could help that be great. thanks guys :happy: And sense we are on the topic, anyone know of some awsome animation mods? I already have "fallout 3 re-animated" and the one where your pc does npc idles. just wonderin if there are some cool mods i dont know of.

Fook 2 v1.0 apparently was the problem, because when I upgraded to v1.1, It solved the weird shooting animation that the NPCs were doing before. @pkleiss Thanks for the script, I will most likley use it if I come across the upside down gun glitch again. I havn't seen it ever since I upgraded to FOOK2 v1.1, but that doesnt mean it wont happen again :biggrin: Thanks again guys ;D
  18. Alright, so, might as well say I am not new to modding. Everything is running smoothly, other than some lag here and there (most likley from the intense retexture mods). Now, straight to the point, Some NPCs (when holding a gun, obviously) is in the hand-to-hand stance and there is a floating, upside down gun next to their right hand. I have looked this up, and other than some forum discussions of people complaining about it, I have found no solution. It really irritates me, because it takes away from the experiance. :wallbash: Also, sometime after I reinstalled Fook 2 v1.0 and Fook 2 Iron sights, some NPCs (notably BoS and Raiders) have went berserk when shooting their weapons. They look up and shoot off a couple of rounds, then quickly look at their feet and fire again. They will repeat this until their target is dead, and will go back to a normal stance. The weird thing is, they hit their targets even though they are shooting at the sky and ground. Does this animation glitch have something to do with Fook2 or Fook2's iron sights mod? Any help would be greatly appreciated.   19. If you arnt going to mod, Then just go ahead and put it in the Program Files. I mod and have it installed in the program files, but have had some difficulties. But no matter what, Fallout 3 crashes because of many reasons. Don't worry about where you install it. :happy:
  20. Hey guys. Ok, first off I want to say I have the latest FOMM, FOSE, FO3Edit, DLCs, and patches. Now, When I start Fallout 3 via FOMM, it works fine up to when i start a new game, and then it crashes after a second or two. It has worked fine before, but after an autosave corruption I deleated all my saves, now it wont work at all. It works fine when I only load Fallout.esm and nothing else. should I start a new game THEN load the DLCs/Mods? Type3- http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4280 Type V- http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5326 BABE MK3- http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1185 Exnem Nude Female- http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8524 There isn't a mod that makes every female in the wasteland nude, you can do it manually using the GECK, but there is a prostitution mod - http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8570 Hope that helps, pervert :biggrin: jk
