I saw a nightingale armor mod for two piece top and bottom with a cape and maskless hood. I even think I had it a one time. I have killer keos skimpy armor set but really want this two piece version. Does anyone know what it might be?

I purchased and downloaded Fallout NV from Steam. Everything downloaded properly and seems to be running ok. But I have not been able to install nvse update to run some mods. I followed all directions but I don't seem to a FalloutNV.exe file that everyone says to look for with the apps. Whenever I launch with nsve it says can't find falloutnv.exe. Otherwise the game runs fine if I launch it through steam. I uninstalled and reinstalled game, but am still missing the exe. file. Apparently I can't run some mods without it. I am a complete noob, so I apologize if this has been addressed. Any help would be appreciated.
