I've found not necessarily a solution, but at least a temporary source: Recently I added some Nuka World decorations to my settlement at Red Rocket Truck Stop- some Nuka Girl cutouts and whatnot. After THAT save, I could not go back to Red Rocket for the same CTD you've been experiencing. The save RIGHT BEFORE though, does not exhibit the same crash. I don't know why, but that's at least what I've discovered.

Hey all, Not new to the nexus (used NMM for Fallout: New Vegas a few years back). But got a new PC and decided to get a month premium and get some mods for Fallout 4. But I've run into a bit of a snag. Upon downloading NMM, everything worked great and I downloaded all of the mods I wanted onto the Manager, with only a few having to be brought on manually (and ultimately "installed" through the NMM). But when I launched Fallout 4, only some of the mods I'd installed were working. Some were showing up under my mods list ingame, but they weren't performing. And when I turned my computer off and on to try and boot it back up, now NMM won't launch at all. I've made the edits to the .ini files that all of the tutorials have said, but nothing changed. Any advice? Cheers!
