Going to resurrect this post because flying, anti-gravity horses are basically my #1 pet peeve with Skyrim. There has to be others that have thought about this, maybe even someone with the proper CK-fu to fix it.

Are there any mods out there that fix the gravity issue with horses where they basically try and fly to their death when going down any decline?

502, 504, 505 Gateway Time outs all frickin' day so far on Skyrim Nexus. I was seriously considering a premium membership, but no way am I paying for that when this site is almost always unresponsive lately. Neovalen's Skyrim Revisited install is going to take me a month at this rate.

I am experiencing this exact frustrating issue. I had Streamline 3.1 working yesterday. Did a complete reinstall of Oblivion overnight because I was having issues with another mod. Installed OBSE, Streamline 3.1, and the patch from the 7zip directly to OB/Data, started a brand new game....and no Streamline. Checked the install, reinstalled three times thinking I must have screwed something up. I can't figure it out. The only thing I kept when I reinstalled OB was my OB.ini. I guess I'll try the clean save, but a new game should have been clean, right?
