where exactly does it say that he gives open permissions becuase all i see is the big red lettering at the top that describes the opposite of this. Here is the quote "NEXUS EXCLUSIVE.DO NOT reupload this file.I do not give permission for any kind of reupload."

alright, so I have been shopping for a laptop for my brother, who is in Afghanistan right now, and ive found a laptop and it has a ati radeon 6550m chipset. I was wondering if anybody knows if this would run fallout new vegas either good frames bad frames or not at all.

wow editing the menus in game is way harder than i thought. That being said I should still have it up in an hour, but we will see.
