where is fo3edit description page?

its also happens 8/10 times when i fast travel..... some one please help

i have a really annoying problem, in game i will save my game and instantly it will take me to the desktop and there will be a notice telling me that Fallout 3 has stopped working, i tryed saving through the console commands, normal saving and quicksaving and it happens with each one, are they any solutions?

I saw a picture uploaded by a user to one of the popular 40k armor mods, and the character is seen using a big weapon that i wish to have, annoyingly the file is too big to attach but this is the page >>> http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4651 <<< and the picture is in User uploaded images and is in the 5th row of images down on the left hand side, if any can help i would really appreciate it :)

i sorted it out, turns out i did not fully understand that its better to install a mod via FOMM if you have the option xD

Recently i tried to download and install the PDA pipboy replacer, i followed its instructions and downloaded FOMM, and I also downloaded something like Archive invalidation to make sure textures show up correctly, after extracting the files i then moved them into my Fallout 3 data folder, and used FOMM to activate the mod. In game there was a big exclamation mark on my body and a message appeared telling me i still needed FOSE for the mod to work, so i exited the game and downloaded to latest version of FOSE and loaded the game again through FOSE, then the exclamation mark was gone but another appears when i press TAB to access the PDA. Any solutions? i am new to installing mods xD
