Why is my game running in 2-10 FPS? I have previously installed a whole bunch of mods but that doesn't seem to be the case of the problem since it still runs like crap without mods, my gfx card is fine and Fallout 3 runs smoothly on my PC with and without mods as well as Skyrim and other non bethesda games like Call Of Duty Black ops, Runescape, Sonic Generations, Freedom Planet and many more. I don't understand the problem here.

When someone dies, there will be a script that makes a 15% chance of spawning an invisible, passive version of them. An item called "Spirit Box" The spirit box will be an aid item, when clicked on and near the radius of a spirit, a loud noise made out of Radio New Vegas and Galaxy News Radio will play and the voices of the spirits are faintly heard in the box. The spirit box can be found on a rubble in Boulder City.

I just got a mod out of Fallout NV Nexus gave it a nice comment, left and all of the sudden I couldn't get on the Nexus for 30 minutes. What happened? assuming that I somehow got banned for something, did I actually get banned for a short period of time?

I'm currently learning scripting and other ways of the GECK. I've been thinking of making a Monado mod after I get finished fixing another mod. Can you do a Shulk (Xenoblade/Smash Bros) voice (Or if not, a cheesy British voice is fine by me.)

Can someone make Shulk's Monado off of Xenoblade into Fallout New Vegas with an open and closed variant (The opened version is the long beam in the middle of the monado) ? I myself am not a modder or a modeler but maybe I can work out making the monado arts with NVSE.
