Yeah I can edit them but when I go into the game the changes aren't saved, and when I look in the CK the game has basically just made a duplicate of the edited item and reverted back to its original stats :wallbash: .

Is it possible to edit the stats of an item without making a completely new item? every time I edit an item's stats in CK it just creates a duplicate. Anyone else having the same experience?

I have a weird sound bug where the ambient rumbling cave sounds you hear inside caves follows me outside, any ideas on how to fix it?

So if I turn off some mods it can boost up my performance to normal levels?

I have a ATI HD Radeon 5970 2gb, Intel core i7 960 3,20 GHz, 8 GB RAM, Windows 7 professional. And im only getting between 10-30 fps in the game. I have tried literally every optimization, performance booster, ini tweak etc available. I have no high-rez texture packs although I do have the "Really textured normal maps" pack. With these specs shouldn't I be getting at least 30-40 fps? Here is my modlist. Yeah it stutters a lot, and dropping to 11 fps in some areas.

Does no one have any more ideas? I really want this game to work and have tried everything i can think off :wallbash: :confused:

Yhea already done that :tongue: Some of the tips helped a bit but just minor changes there as well :sad: .

Ive turned off v-sync in my ATI menu and dont have any AA or AF settings on, not on my card either just the standard settings. Lowering my resolution does help a bit but doesn't give me more than around 5 fps.

The sound tips didn't help im afraid, Streamline doesn't help and every other performance mod-program-fix i have doesn't work. Lowering ALL sliders to 0 gave me an extra 5-20 fps. In woods i get 25-30 fps, in cities 11-27 fps and indoors 25-150 fps. If there are many npc actors on screen my fps can literally sky dive. I did a complete reinstall of Oblivion and in vanilla oblivion without any mods i got 30-40 fps. I installed some performance mods and did what you guys suggested but it didn't help at all. I cant understand what the problem is :confused: .

Thanks man will try it out when i get time, not sure it will do that extremely much though. Really hope so though, and btw great thing that you're doing a tutorial seems pretty complicated. And ive already donte the Ram booster thing, didnt help either :confused:
