  1. Alright, all I need is somebody to add a water fountain into Grandma Sparkle's Shack. Preferably between the Gun Cabinet and the wall. I'd like for it to be the same water fountains already in the game, and I DO NOT want for the fountain to be purified. (EX: the one at the Sewer Waystation is a good example) Also, would anybody mind including a couple extra containers? Probably a safe above the footlocker, and a First Aid Kit on the portion of the table close to the wall. (and please remove the stool!) Keep both containers empty. Thanks, I know how simple this mod sounds, but I've been having a lot of trouble. :D EDIT: I actually tried doing it myself, but somehow It causes the lighting to revert to vanilla, which i have changed with the "Realistic Lighting" mod. D: I don't know how to prevent it.
  2. So, I really enjoy using XFO, but I also enjoy being able to use Bottle That Water! so that when I need to quench my thirst, I have the option to bottle some water and bring it with me. The only problem? The scripts for each overlap each other. How could I merge the scripts (Possibly via merged patch) so that I can use both? or would it cause too many problems? I am somewhat inexperienced in modding, as far as using GECK. So if you could, please try and make it accessible via FO3 Edit? Help is appreciated, Thanks! :D

  5. Hey I've been having problems with the textures on most animals. When I walk towards creatures (such as a Dog or Mole rat) They display strange textures such as pavement, road, junk, etc. It looks weird and it bugs me. i think it's Mart's Mutant Mod... Is there any chance that editing the .exe file could have caused this? (I changed it for that RAM boost) : [
  6. I think I solved the Hair Pack Issue. I went into Fo3 Edit to see which files referenced it, then changed them back. Still need to work on Darnified UI. Is that really why that happens? Oh well... But it hurts the ambiance :(
  7. So, after modding fallout pretty heavily and finally getting back to playing it, I'm trying to fix my last few mods. Here's a List: I have a weird "bug" I guess, where the menu music carries over into the actual game. I think "Alternate Start: role players" might be the cause. I have Darnified UI, but it isn't coming into effect. I once downloaded Hair Pack (the one with the Anime Hair) But I don't want it anymore, however taking the mod off, makes fallout result in an error. (I think it's because I've edited other mods to not conflict with it.) And... That's it. (Not much of a list now that i realize.) - Thanks in advance!
  8. I'm at my wits end, because i can't get my mods to work. I've been doing some troubleshooting, so I know the issue has something to do with FOOK2, But I can't exactly tell. I think it's because I have FOOK2 rather than FOOK1, maybe? Either way, it's causing me to not be able to use conflict filters in FO3Edit, thus, I really don't know what to do next. I figure that since I'm pretty much a noob who knows nothing about load order, that could be the problem.   9. Dang it! I just got fallout 3 on PC, (cuz of all the SWEET mods) and I was looking around seeing what kinds of ideas had already been fabricated. I was thinking that if i ever improved my modding, there should be some kind of submersibles (like those bathyspheres in Bioshock!) *sigh*. Would love to work on this project, but I am such a noob... However, I could try and do some work on the story elements. Don't know about Design #4 though, because if you're going for a completely submersed Vault, it shouldn't be so close to the surface (Unless that's your intent, If it is, go with it!) P.S: I'm no professional or A-grade writer, but I'd like to think I have my own unique sort of "style" I guess you could call it. Overall this project sounds good. - KamiCosmic
  10. I've looked around at different mods, and some HTS's are standalone (Only a HTS mod) Some mods are packages, with a hunger sleep thirst mod included in the mod. So, my question is this... Which one's are the best/ your favorite HTS mods?

  13. I just got FO3 GOTY Edition (Game of the Year), and I'm new to adding mods, such as FOIP FWE FOMM MMM XFO FOOK ( I might not get it) ArchiveInvalidationValidated! (Of course) FOSE I have a couple of those, such as FOMM and AIV, but i'm confused with the huge overhauls and script extenders (FOSE). Plus all the compatibility stuff would really confuse me. I'm kind of new and I know I'm probably asking a lot from whoever is going to try and help me, but I'd be forever indebted to whoever could really give me some compatibility help.
