  1. You probably have to set the race to nordvampire. Vampires are a separate race from the regular ones.
  2. Well, if it was a regular vampire vs. regular werewolf, then the werewolf would definitely win. They have claws, teeth, brute strength and endurance. Vamps would get shredded to pieces. But if it was a Vampire Lord vs regular werewolf, then it would be a more even fight. I'd guess the Vampire Lord would come out on top, due to all the blood magic and power over death. I'm hoping that Bethesda will eventually release a werewolf DLC, maybe one that adds a more powerful version of werewolves like they did with vampires. Maybe it'll be a Werewolf Alpha or Packleader, one that can summon other werewolves and have power over the beasts.
  3. Yes, you have to activate the games online the first time you play it. But once it's done, you'll be able to play offline if your internet is down though Steam will bug you about playing offline. This, frankly, is better than a lot of DRM out there, some of which prevent you from playing the game at all unless you're connected.
  4. Steam is basically an all-in-one store/community-overlay/DRM system made by Valve. As far as such things go, Steam is actually very good. Unlike other services like EA's Origin, Steam in non-obtrusive and does what it says it does. As for being able to play games offline, I personally have never had any problems. Unlike Blizzard, the games on steam do not require online access to play them. And yes, Skyrim is still modable through Steam. The service even has its own mod base called the Workshop, so they actually encourage that kind of thing.
  5. This mod is kind of similar to what you want: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12770 It'll let you "teleport" a short distance, and doesn't have a cool down.
  6. I personally would love a mod like this. The bats effect is utterly badass, and would be even more so if you could do it whilst in human form.
  7. Okay, for some reason my female vamp character doesn't like wearing clothes when she transforms into a Vampire Lord. http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/7839/nekkidvamp.jpg Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this or how to fix it. I don't usually mind having nekkid women running around in Skyrim, but this is just too much. :(
  8. I had this annoying problem and found out that, in my case anyway, that this was because of script overflow. If you have a lot of mods that use scripts this can slow down everything in the background and thus delay a lot of scripts from functioning, including the vampire lord transform scripts. The culprit can be any mod that uses a ton of scripting, and in my case it was the Convenient Horses mod which was bloating up my game. I uninstalled that and everything was solved. Unfortunately for the Vampire Lord transformation, for whatever reason my vampire lord is always naked (no armor on). I also have the OP's problem with my armor unequipping every time I revert to human. It's really annoying, but at least I can still play the game.
