To anyone still having this bug "resetquest 10a214" fixed it for me.

well basically when i beat the game you know activate the purity thing and wake up 2 weeks latter in my quests it tells me i still haven't activated it. because of this i cant do any of the missions in the citadel and if it try to go were its telling me i end up going on a wild goose hunt to a ladder that i cant climb. Ive alredy tried replaying it to see if maybe it would work but nothing changed. anyone think they can help me?
