After finding out how fun gambling is,i went ahead and broke the bank on all the casinos till they banned me. i thought the bans would go away in 3 days or so but reading fallout.wikia.com i found out its permanent!?!? how lame, anyways is there a mod out there to get rid of it?

Okay. So I've been messing with mods, having a grand old time. Downloaded two that seemed promising: an over-the-shoulder Gears of War-style camera, and some Devil May Cry-style animations. Got tired of both. Didn't back up original Obliv files because I'm so freaking stupidly stupid. Tried to get rid of them. Minor chaos ensued.
I want to just start all over again. Default files, default everything. Dunno how. I've tried everything up to a System Restore, and the glitched up first person camera and animations were still there. I kind of fixed the first person view (noobishly, with another first-person mod), but it's still screwed up and aaarrfhdjshj
Help out a stupid stupid person that is blitheringly stupid? :C
if you haven't done it yet uninstall the game and delete the main oblivion directory and re-install it, hope this helps

Thanks. I'm running Avast and have had good luck with malwarebytes in the past, I'll try it again. :thumbsup:
Edit: did a scan and came up clean. Still no explaination of the strange pop up in the OP
not sure if its related but i got a trojan when i visited tesnexus and norton blocked a few attacks when i visit the sites to
