[Combining perk trees?]

So I've been playing around with a few different mods that changes the perk trees in the last few days and have been amazed at the different ways this has been approached by different mod authors. Yet the fact comes down to that there are bits and pieces of different mods which combined would have been perfection but cannot go together due to that they're in different mods. So what I'm wondering is if they're a way to either merge and combine perk trees or somehow patch together different mods (solely for personal use) to somehow create a mixture of different mods available.

So I was just wondering, is there a mod that enables my followers skillcap to be raised above 100 like the Community Uncapper does for the player?

I did that, every possible combination and none of them worked. I'm pretty sure that I aint getting SkyProc to work correctly as the same problem occurs with AV.

Now I've been trying to install a couple of SkyProc based mods in the last few days (ASIS and Automatic Variants) but have hit a snag. Whenever a file generated by the SkyProc patcher is enabled (last in load order) I am unable to start the game as I get a crash when I'm getting into the main menu. I recognize the effect as being the same as when I managed to mess up my load order a few weeks back but the only change I've made to the game is the new mod which is loaded last per instruction.

I've tried with both Automatic Variants and Automatic Spells and enabling their patches cause the same problem. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Anyone wanna try to get a small project going with the goal of trying to improve Winterhold College? Is it really reasonable that an esteemed college only would have what 4 students? And are there only 6 educated wizards who want to study magic in Skyrim? And where is all this research supposed to take place? Quite honestly the College seems to be lacking overall.
