ok I've installed the Hot Oiled Skin Mod properly. I've followed every direction and once I go ingame. The bodies still remain "Not Glossy" What do I do?

Yes. But How do I know if the mod is in effect? Because I've done what you did and as soon as I enter the game, Am I supposed to see like a Naked chick in my House? Or do i have to go to a certain point to find this mod?

How do i make it work ingame? As soon as I load my previous saved files, it seems to me as if nothing changed
