To create a mod for oblivion, you will need a program called "The Elder Scroll Construction Set" (TES CS for short) and it can be downloaded on elder's scrolls official website. For resources, you can download them at oblivion tessnexus section. Also, you can use google search engine to look for tutorials on creating mods.
Edit#1: Be sure to patch oblivion. The patch can be downloaded at the official site as well.
Edit#2: If you want to create custom items (armors, weapons etc.) You will need any graphic program (gimp or photoshop,) and other programs Blender, Nifscope

I think there is a spell for soul trap but I do know that there is a sword "Umbra" sword (part of the daedric quests) A bow with soul trap? Create one through Construction Set (You can adjust it) or Mages Guild (Not sure though. I think it is possible.)

Did you check the files itself to see if there was a sound folder? If there is no sound folder in the files then it mean no voice.

I think one of those mods is affecting the other one. Uninstall both of those mods. Install Shivering Isles if you have it (install the vanilla patch - if you don't have it.) After installing Shivering Isles install the patch for it. I remember seeing a mod on here that does something similar like Qarl's texture that doesn't cause performance drop.

Back when I was a kid, there was only one computer in the house.
Played several educational games (Number munchers; Treasure mountain series; Dr. Brain to name a few.) Oregon trail, first alone in the dark game, text adventure games.
Years passed, my sister, brother and I had our own computers (no fighting over a single computer)
Soon eventually, originally gameboy ( I think I mario on it...don't remember.) next in line was pokemon blue on color gameboy then gotten myself color gameboy advance sp.
My sister's Playstation 2, played a bit Harvest Moon (kind of boring to me,) DMC 3 (last boss level,) DOC, BR2, FFXII (I need to finish playing it,) Magna Carta (Need to finish playing it)
On my pc - Hitman (silent assassin, contracts, blood money); Thief - Deadly Shadows, Alone In The Dark 5, Assassin's Creed, Morrowind (all the expansion packs); LOK - Defiance; Oblivion (Shivering Isles)

.esp & .esm files goes into the data. Sounds, music, meshes, textures goes into their own files within the data folder.

Can you post a screenshot of it? I don't think you can much about it. I think there is a couple of mods that can hide/reduce the visibility of the seams.

I don't think it really matter. As I have mentioned before in my previous post. The underwear version doesn't give you any kind of customize options, where as the nude version does give you customize options.
Edit: Fully clothed, you can't tell much a difference.
