[Searching for a COD 2 mod]

Hi guys, I allready postet this in the Cod 2 Forum Topic, but there are not many users active around there, so I'm gonna ask again here:

I am searching for the name of a Call of Duty 2 Single Player mod I used to play with. This mod changed the SP Menu to a photo of some german soldiers with a Pak 38 Anti Tank gun. You were able to choose different weapons in the menu before starting a SP mission!
Other things that the mod came up with:

- SS / Afrika Corps Uniforms for the german soldiers

- Airborne Uniforms for US

- Desert Rats uniforms / Canadian uniforms for the Brits

- More Blood and head exlposions

- MP 38 added to the game

- several other changes.

Please, if anybody knows the name of the mod I am searching, tell me :D
