I have a mod that has been removed but i wonder if anyone remember where's camon ss outfit were was the location of if? Don't know if this was the right forum to post in!

Yes it indeed is, through three means,
Open construction set, open the Oblivion .ESM then in the object window, click the catergory of object you want to add, right click the windoiw background, and click "new". create your item in the window. Now in the cell list window, pick a cell and drag your new item into the cell. Save the new ,esp, then boot the game, this works 9/10 times.
If you havent had to make the item from scratch, and even faster pair of routes exist. You can teleport one right into your inventory! zoom out, use the ~ console menu, then click yourself and type additem <the ID of the item you want, you can find ALL of them on UESP Wiki> then the number of them you want. For practice's sake, just try ~ additem F 5 next time you're in game, ther ID for gold, and for caps in fallout, is F, this will give you 5 gold instantly.
Finaly, there is a route that even lets you summon people. It's a console command like additem. ~ placeatme aed40 1 is an example of how you'd use it, this will summon one adoring fan to your side in full functionality.
Oh, and two last bits of advice-be CAREFUL with "placeatme" command, that one can cause untold trouble and grief, summoning an ogre with it will NOT give you an ogre pet, it will just place a very angry very strong unallied ogre wherever you may be, and it 9 times out of 10 will auto target you rather than anyone else. Careful.
And also, placeatme does NOT place a stack, so "placeatme F 999999" will crash your game because it will place 999 thousand individual gold coins around you. This can cause anarchy. And always jump when you do it-it places the items below your feet, so unless you're a Bosmer Male you'll summon them underground!

Is there a console command i can use to increase my Intelligence so my Magicka can go up? I know training the corresponding skills depending on which type of magic you are using will increase it, but i also want intelligence to go up, is there a console command? I know advskill increases skills specifically, how about attributes?
or player.setav magicka to increase your magicka directly

Fixed it by using a ring that drained/damage my strength and it worked and i but it back to default

If you mean spawn i don't actually don't know i don't think he does respawn i think he gets killed or he should spawn at the arena the most

Well, I love my horsey because I don't use the Fast Travel, and even though I have a fast character, going with my horse is insanely faster.
You might be seeing poor results 'cause you got a dumb horse, so if you want my opinion: if you want to see a difference, gather up 5000 gold, head over to Cheydinhal and buy a Black Horse (being the fastest buyable horse in the game).
Have fun getting to places even faster than fast travel and outrunning whatever stands on your road. :whistling:

in console.
Try using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch, it has a function that restores broken attributes and other stats. Its fixed my character before.

I tried both i had 66 but i turned it to 0 it's like an enchantment but no magic effect in magic effects only the normal one's is there

When i played with tgm cheat a long time because i was encumbered i say that i wasn't any more when i was about to sell the items and now i have 200+ strength and can't remove it :( don't have any save before any help ?
Did you toggle God mode back off? And is it ONLY your Strength attribute that is unusual?
Yea i did i notice it that when i come to the guy who sells staff in imperial city the bug come up again but this time i had a save before it :/

Well i know what could be the problem is that if you are not online when you play dlc won't work if you downloaded them from dashboard so make sure to be online next time!

Maybe you load order and a mod is missing a esp or esm to start or i could be your directX! check that

I don't know what happened but when i was decorating my house in megaton because i thought it looked boring, i bought the science theme for it and i removed the items on the shelves and put my own things on them like the alien blaster and the firelance and some of the ammo they use, but i left to go do a quest and when i came back the items i took of of the shelves reset and the weapons and ammo was gone. Any i ideas on what happened.
Because some of the items in some theme like pre-war theme if you move the garden gnome or the bike after a couple of day the will respawn maybe that's what happen ?

Hey :P I recently downloaded and installed the FOSE and I seem to be having a problem with it :\
I extracted and copied everything into the correct folder (bethseda softworks/ fallout3), but whenever i try to run FOSE this error pops up:
"The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll."
I'm running windows 7 and it doesnt work. I also installed and tried it on a windows XP version and I got the same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't run some really cool looking mods! :[

EDIT: Hmm :\ now I'm getting the same error when I try to run Fallout normally. This happened after I got the latest official patch. Any help anyone? :[

I got a problem when changed from exnem body mod to type 3. i started it up and all npc and player's texture was in a giant red square so i thought that it most be some texture problem. So i start to uninstall everything from the body mod and try but not change so i unchecked all mods except the body mod and it worked so i got to be some of the mods that was in wrong loading place.

Something to do with Fallout 3 cache, I've seen the fix somewhere and it goes like this. Whenever you feel that your load game starts to get slow during each load, get a fatman and target the ground. Dying that way clears the cache. Might be your remedy, try that first.

When i use the toilet and the light is not on i turn if on and off even when if it's already off

I think it was after the used mod didn't think about it much. but in loading from main screen it take 3-3.5 circle thing before done and when in game it can take up to 1min and goes slower and slower for each loading :/. Get really annoying sometimes i just quit because i get to annoyed.

ok anyway i was searching armor in the game but the mod was removed from nexus so i can't check it. i have checked around and i saw that i have to add i but i can't because the id i find won't work!
