It may be too late, but just so you know such mod exists. It's called "Weapon Tool Belts" by Lonewolf, it's kind of an update to an older mod by Taylorsd, called "Thieves Tool Belt." I use it for my assassin mage - it looks great. I'd give you a link but nexus links never work for me, just google: Weapon tool belts oblivion mod. Once you find it follow the instructions. Cheers.
