Marvel Spider Man Remastered Can Run on Win7/8/8.1/ Win10 1903 or earlier using DXVK-ASYNC+VKD3D-PROTON and highversionlie.
The mod's job is that DX12 runs on Vulkan and cheats the version check of the game system.

VKD3D-Proton 2.3.1
Installation:
Unpack the archive into the game folder using asynchronous mode.
highversionlie Reg file - import this to use highversionlie.
First install Application Verifier (amd64), then run highversionlie.reg, put dxgi.dll , d3d12.dll and dxvk.conf to the game folder. If your GPU can't use Vulkan, you still can't play this game. Be careful not to enable <dynamic resolution> for some GPUs.
