First of all, I have this idea, but I am a terrible modder and have no skill with modeling tools and such. Additionally, I do not know if what I want is even remotely doable, as such, I am simply going to state what I would like, and ask for people with more knowledge and understanding to tell me just how doable it might be. What I would like is an Outfit with fairly good defensive stats (so you aren't punished for not being able to equip armor pieces), that has a toggleable cloak or stealthing ability. Ideally this would drain a meter that recharges over time when it's not being used, like a jetpack or something. I would *like* this stealth to be activatable without crouching, so you can remain invisible while sprinting if you so chose. Things like draining the meter faster while moving or something would be nice, but unecessary. If possible, I would like this outfit to look like a Ghost's armor, from Starcraft. As an addon, I would be curious to know if it is possible to make a weapon with an alternate fire mode, like burst and single shot. If so, I would like a suppressed, scoped rifle with the ability to fire in both bursts and single shots (ideally that looks like Nova's or Kerrigan's from SC2). AGAIN: this is just a concept that I do not know if it can even be done. If it can, that's wonderful and I would be more than willing to provide whatever assistance I can to someone who can do it.
