Basically the American take on the British Sten gun, yes. Though from what I understand the M3 and later M3A1 were superior to the earlier/est Stens, though I read the Mk.4 Sten was vastly improved over the earlier ones, which would eventually make way for the Sterling submachinegun.

So as someone who really likes weapon mods that stay true to the 1950's atom punk aesthetics to Fallout; thought I might share ideas for potential future weapon mod projects. I'm not a modder myself (I'm a character artist, writer and voice-over actor mostly). 1. Ingram Model 6 Learned about this via Forgotten Weapons. Basically a Thompson submachinegun, only not as complicated. Designed post-World War II by Ingram, the designer for the more (in)famous machine pistol. Basically a .45 submachinegun meant as both a military and police weapon. I understand the limited run was used by police only. 2. M2 Hyde submachinegun Again learned about it from Forgotten Weapons (and the site won't load the only decent profile image I could find). Basically meant as a replacement for the Thompson in World War 2. It was either that the final design wasn't fast enough or not good enough for those in charge, hence it was overtaken by the M3 "grease gun". But what if in the split in the timeline where Fallout picks off from following World War 2? 3. United Defense M42 This one I learned about in Simple History: A 9x19mm submachinegun that was produced and provided to the resistance movements in Europe. Since we've got the Browning HP mod with its 9mm caliber already, and possible to use with the grease gun mod and such. Could imagine people before the Great War having these. Was also going to recommend the De Lisle Carbine, but I learned one of those is in production. :)

I just spent days farming gear and thu'ums in a heavily modded Skyrim and now that I got to Solitude, at level 36 (using Revenge of the Enemies AI Enhancer), after the execution of Roggvir all the minor NPCs, including merchants, the Winking Skeever innkeep and certain quest givers like Ahtar (the headsman) don't engage in dialogue (i.e. I can't talk about the execution or barter with them). I took the time to check and all the more major NPCs in Solitude and they seem to work just fine and I even went to every other hold in the game and all their dialogue and scripted events seem to work just fine. On Steam people are telling me to get rid of most of my mods (long list, posted below), but the immersion is at its best right now and I feel reluctant about that and do not want to restart my playthrough again this far in after already having had to restart due to Sands of Time ruining my previous run. Is there any way to fix this issue, as disabling and enabling characters doesn't work?
