NuroDragonfly's post in Vortex has suddenly stopped allowing me to re-install certain mods was marked as the answer
I had to re-install most of them - somewhere in my shuffling around of my Downloads Folder (to a new HDD for storage) i deleted Vortex links to them, that when i have reinstalled Vortex in the past on new OS builds has never happened.
Lesson learned i guess.
