I went looking for a mod like this today and thought surely there would be several mods to choose from that makes this quest easier, but nothing, I don't get it.

After switching to patch 7, I keep having to wait for 2 minutes or longer while the game syncs before I can continue. I have a mix of mod manager mods and nexus mods, and I manage both with the BG3 mod manager. This is a clean install and I have steam cloud saves turned off. Any idea why my game is constantly syncing every time I get to the start screen? I've tried making sure I'm logged into modio, steam and larian through the in game mod manager. I don't know, but I think the issue could be with the in game mod manger, I never had any issues with patch 6.

After a clean install and updating from patch 6 to 7 I've been installing mods from both Nexus and the in game manager. Every time I start the game, I get ''third party mods installed'' warnings, and a yellow yield sign on the continue button. Also, before the continue button will even appear, the game goes into a syncing phase at the start screen which can last for as long as two minutes. None of this has ever happened before. I successfully modded the patch 6 version for months using the same BG3 mod manager. Any ideas of how to fix this would be highly appreciated. (sorry the image is so big that wasn't intended).
