  1. I would really like a mod that would let you customize blocking damage reduction percentages via MCM. It would have separate settings for weapon block and shield block. I'd be happy with that. But... if there's time and interest: Bonus feature 1: Options to toggle on/off and customize stamina cost when blocking. It would have separate settings for normal attacks and power attacks. Bonus feature 2: Options to toggle on/off and different weapon classes blocking efficiency, so that you can have swords blocking more damage than daggers etc. Bonus feature 3: Options to toggle on/off and customize shield bash damage. The purpose of the mod would be to balance blocking with increased damage from other mods. I know that some larger combat mods include features like this, but this mod would be for those who don't use those mods or those who use a combat mod that doesn't include these features. Regards Rob
  2. Ok! I will do that. Thanks so much for the suggestion. :)
  3. Hello! I was wondering if anyone could tell me if "Commoners Vested Clothes" and "Commoners Vest" are vanilla outfits? Because these two lacks meshes and textures (the first one is invisible and the other is blue and shiny in my game). I failed to google this which leads me to believe they might not be vanilla outfits since just about every other outfit in the game is easy to find, both information and images. Edit: It seems like every outfit with "Vest/Vested" in the name is missing meshes/textures. Any help is much appreciated.
  4. Yes, I know about the auto healing of limbs, but you can still insta-remove crippled by using a stimpack. The 10 s cripple duration has to go too. ;)
  5. I'd like a mod that makes it harder to heal limbs. I don't think a stimpack should be enough to instantly remove the crippled effect. Personally I would settle for a set number of hours of sleep required, or make stimpacks heal limb damage a lot slower. Or both. I guess it would be fine to let stimpacks remove the effect (blurred vision/limping etc) faster, perhaps 10-20 seconds due to painkilling effect, but the healing should take a lot longer than it currently does. I'm not sure how it would affect game balance but it should apply to enemies and companions as well. So if anyone makes something like this, I for one would be very happy. Kind Regards Rob
  6. I hate that it's so easy to heal your wounds, especially crippled limbs. I'd really like to see some semi-realistic healing modded in.
  7. Nice! I would probably use both, sounds like a great combination. :D
  8. Hello! There are mods out there that adds realistic wounds and lasting injuries, but they are so complex. My idea would be something lighter like this: Every time you take damage (or on critical hits perhaps), there's a risk, based on the amount of damage (or some configurable value) that you suffer an injury with negative lasting effects. There would be no true hit locations, just a randomly assigned effect that would show in the status list, called something like leg injury or arm injury etc.Effects Head injury: Lower max Magicka by 15%Severe head injury: Lower max Magicka by 25%Arm injury: -15 to all Combat related skillsSevere arm injury: -25 to all Combat related skillsBody injury: Lower max Health by 15%Severe body injury: Lower max Health by 25%Leg injury: Lower Movement speed by 15%Severe leg injury: Lower Movement speed by 25% The player would recieve a message (preferably optional) in the form of "You suffered/recieved a/an injury type here". Each of these effects would stack but only apply once, and would only heal by sleeping for at least 8 hours, either remove all effects at once or make it so that different effects requires different time to heal. Like 24 hours for severe versions. I know this is not very realistic, but it would add a little bit more immersion I think (I know it would for me), without making things overly complex. Would be nice with configurable numbers since I don't really know how balanced the provided numbers are. Percentages, hours of sleep needed to heal would be nice to be able to adjust in an MCM menu, the more the better, so you can set it to suit your game and needs. I must admit two things, 1, I havent thought about this for very long so might not seem very well thought out and 2, I don't know anything at all about coding or creating mods for Skyrim so it might be more complex than I think but I imagine this would be pretty simple. At least compared to many of the mods out there. Kind Regards Rob
