so living in the imperial city can be boring sometimes. you can only only drink so many times at a tavern until you grow a tolerance making it harder to get drunk, you can only watch gladiator fights at the arena so many times before it starts to feel like your watching reruns, and you can only buy so many smutty books from first edition before Phintias starts questioning your kinks. I want to go look at all the beautiful and exotic animals Cyrodiil (and possibly morrowind) has to offer, so I'm asking the community if it would be possible to build a zoo in the imperial city.

i cant even start the first f*#@in quest. when i find mercurio dying on the couch and try to talk to him, all my charater can say is "i dont have a valid responce" and thats it. how am i soppose to progress in the game when i cant even do the first quest?
