Hello, Okay so I have been trying to make an heightmap and make it as a landscape with tesannwyn. Everything seems to work fine, but when I go ingame, teleport myself to new the worldspace I have created and save, the game crash. I haven't any error messages. When I save in the construction set the .esp, no message errors as well. I was hoping to find a solution but haven't find any... This really frustrate me. Here are the settings I use in TESannwyn to generate the .esp : tesannwyn -i Oblivion -w myworldspace -p 1 -b 8 -d 2048x2048 -h -300 -x -32 -y -32 world.raw I read somewhere that 16 bit raw is better but when I try that, the landscape is bugged. I hope someone can help, if you need more information about my problem, go ahead. EDIT : After reinstalling oblivion and going deeper into the problem, I managed to fix it.

So what error message do you have ? Have you anything in your Warnings.txt ? This could help. Also, to extract the content from CDs, you have to put the right one. If you have this error : Failed to load snowflake: Meshes/BM_snow_01.nif Then put the bloodmoon cd and go into it. You'll see a folder called Data Files in it, extract all the files from the cd to your morrowind directory.

Wow, Surface is really nice, maybe too much blue but It's fantastic ! :) Can you send me the shader please ?

Oh, that's too bad, have you take a look at the rest of the thread ? Maybe there is some evolution for this shader !

Hello, I found this : http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1462188-mge-xe-shaders-library-and-development/page-3?do=findComment&comment=23058207 (Vtastek post) maybe it can help you ! If you get a similar result as Vurt's underwater I would be very interresting in testing it :p

Your welcome, glad it works, this mod is very cool  unfortunately it is unfinised, that would have been awesome to see this mod done !

I don't know where the problem is coming from, but I have checked in Seyda Neen and there is no Coral there. I found some in the south of Vivec ! Hope it works for you, too bad this mod has been abandonned.

Also, you should use the 4Go patch to increase performance ! The MGE XE is a performance eater, you have to optimize your Morrowind before playing. :)
-
Are you using MGE XE ? You can try to re-download it and install it over the one you already have. (except if it's MGE, it could cause some problem) You can find MGE XE here : http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/41102/? And don't forget to download the update here : http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/26348/?

It could be a problem of compatibility yes, but you said above that even without the MCP and the translation the game crash. Maybe it's due to Steam, I don't know. You can try a few things, -check your graphics drivers to see if they are up to date -launch the game as administrator I also found this on the bethesda forum : "Run cmd.exe as an admin. Type: regsvr32.exe /u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\CorelWinDVD2010\iviaudio.ax Load up morrowind" Link to the thread : Link

That's weird, Have you tried to uninstal and reinstall it ? you have to install the game in this order : 1 - install morrowind 2 - install tribunal 3 - install Bloodmoon
-
Hello, Is there anything in your Warnings.txt ?
-
The MGE doesn't change textures. It's an external program that allow morrowind to have shaders, distant land and much more.

Vurt's Corals - Where are they in-game?

Hi Astroboy, just seen this post and I think you have to edit the XE Water.fx located in you shaders folder. Hello Exodus, When installing the mod, Have you regenerate you distant land with vurt's coral in it ? Also once you've done that, don't check this mod in the morrowind launcher. You can see corals near Seyda Neen If I'm not wrong. :)

Looks very good, very usefull, thanks ! :)

please help! how do i turn images into splashscreens?
Lougian replied to SPMCRGCGD's topic in Morrowind's Discussion
You just need Gimp or Photoshop, make the splashscreen in 2048x1024 pixels and save them as a .tga Open the existing one to have an exemple. Once you have done, put you .tga in Data Files/Splash -
How can I activate plugins manually?
Lougian replied to PeterS88's topic in Morrowind's Troubleshooting
Open you Morrowind.ini, go to the section [Game Files] add the line GameFile*=the name of the mod.esp ( * is the number of you mod in the list) I hope I have been helpfull, I think it's the way to have a mod without using the data files of the launcher. Have you tried to launch the launcher as an administrator ? Maybe it can solve your crash problem. -
Another screenshots question. (Sorry.)
Lougian replied to otherbmills's topic in Morrowind's Troubleshooting
