I know it's been a month, but maybe you'll get a notification. I was having a similar issue. Under System Configuration -> Graphics Settings -> General toggle off "Use low-detail models on distant objects (LOD)". Fixed it for me. -

Yay. I spent ages enabling and diabling different mods because I thought (based on the mods I'd just installed) it was a compatibility issue, but this seems to have fixed it. Ty for posting.
