Had me scared for a while when i saw NV New game plus in the list. should probably elaborate on that one with brackets before people succumb to spoilers looking for the truth.
I liked the Gambling aspect of New vegas and find it weird that in all of the commonwealth, not a single person can be seen playing craps for caps or using cards on the streets of goodneighbour or diamond city.
It could inject these chems as soon as combat is entered as part of a script; then include a configuration for which chems should be injected and under what circumstances which can be accessed from the chemistry station (when health reached certain percentage/melee weapon equipped/ when detected etc)
There should be a mod for a toolkit that can be stored in the inventory and used to attach/detach existing weapon mods (compensator/silencer/scope/magazine etc) whilst in the field; Must be outside of combat to use. It seems weird that i should have to use two different sniper rifles simply for the normal scope and night-vision scope. if one already exists i'd love to know about it.
