Well sometimes people assume I'm calling them an idiot, which I'm not trying to do. You may be missing a model or a texture, I'd say try redownloading it.
-
I don't want to sound rude here, but did you activate ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated?
-
I think the Military mod with a new faction wold be a pretty good one.
-
Lol, I was just about to post that too, you beat me to it.
-
I think this sounds like a pretty cool idea, bit far-reaching but I think with the right amount of help you'd do a great job. I'd offer what little help I could give but alas I am a little tied up in trying (and failing) to design my website right now, I'll be keeping an eye out for the mod though, and if you want to bounce ideas around I'm on here most everyday.

For realism you may want to check out either Arwens Realism Tweaks or FWE. For textures it really depends what you want, just browse through the categories on the nexus.
-
ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated should clear that right up.
-
May I ask why you would need such a tool? Al the modding for fallout 3 is done in the G.E.C.K, the only reason you need to edit an ini file is for Archive Invalidated, and there's a program for that.
-
2) Put this in the console in game: player.forceav carryweght (number) 4) Check out RTS - Real Time Settler Hope that helps.
-
It's not the INI files you change to effect projectiles and damage, you have to edit the weapon directly in the geck.
-
I've got a few questions I was hoping you could help with.
Clexor replied to Vindekarr's topic in Fallout 3's Discussion
For your last two questions: You should get FOMM, FOSE, and maybe FO3edit. No, the skeleton they use in fallout 3 is different from oblivion, so you can tweak the models a bit but not directly add to your esp list. -
Sounds like a good idea.
-
I'm not exactly positive on it, but I think you have to edit the Item Lists for the raiders.
-
I think Lings Coufeir (w/e) or Project Beauty do something along those lines, not sure though.
-
So basically your telling us that you are planning on bugs? We all know that mods require multiple releases to fix bugs, you don't need to announce.
-
Do fallout files work with oblivion
Clexor replied to ichiyamamoto's topic in Fallout 3's Discussion
I highly doubt it, I'm no expert but I think they use different skeletons for the people. -
Is anyone going to start a thread here that's like this one: http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/155637-list-list-of-mod-lists/ I think it would be very beneficial.
-
Uhm, considering a moderator will probably look at this, I hope you enjoy your ban, your not supposed to bump your own threads, not to mention you made two of the same thread, and this isn't the first time if I remember correctly.

Wrong forum, this goes in the Requests section.
-
I don't even play to beat the game anymore, in fact I barely even touch the MQ. Once I beat it the first couple of times I just started playing the mods.
-
I haven't looked through them all yet but check here: http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13788 these were made by sepherose so they may be texture oriented, you can also check out the link in my signature, it's a new site but it's growing quickly and you can suggest tutorials and we'll get right on it.
-
I don't really know about that, I think the vault doors all ready come with it set up, but for others I don't know.
-
When you go back in to edit the .esp, select "active file" when you click it.
-
This belongs in Mod Requests, get a moderator to move it.

This mod is all about immersion, if your using this mod then you are living the life of a settler, starting a village, building it up from the ground. I don't understand what you mean by that, how can there be no immersion when you are immersing yourself in the life of a settler?
