What mods were conflicting? Curious minds want to know.

With the new version of SKSE, it seems that the Uncapper is not working correctly. Modifications made to the ini files aren't taking effect in game. I have looked for some SKSE threads but haven't found any. From what I HAVE seen, it appears that the Uncapper problem isn't the only one since the 1.6.6 version came out. But, without being able to find anything on SKSE here, I don't know if there have been any resolutions to the problem. If anyone out there knows where I can find some information on SKSE, I would love to know also. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Since I updated my SKSE to 1.6.6 my ini tweaks from the Uncapper aren't working. I don't know how this is happening. I check the ini file before loading my game and it shows fine. I check my ini files after exiting my game and its fine. But, the changes do not take effect in game. Only tweak i am using is the scaled perks per level. Can't seem to find the SKSE thread here(doing a search only shows 1000 results} so I thought i would post here and see if anyone bites that know something about this.

Here! Here! You tell em Brandy. Kudos to you for helping get the low down out there. Too many comment pages have nothing but critizism and complaints. With the current economy I don't have the means to support all the great people out there. But, I do give Kudos and have endorsed EVERY mod i use or have used. It surprises me no end to see the comment thread of mods where the author is constantly answering questions and helping the users where the mod author has very few kudos. If someone helps you with something or makes a mod that you use and enjoy, why not give them a kudos and take a few minutes to post a simple(or complex) thank you. It means a lot to them and takes very little effort on your part. And, by all means, if you can afford it(I know most cant) how bout showing some love by donating. You don't have to give megabucks, but anything would be appreciated. Before anyone says anything, NO I am not a mod author. Just a simple guy who loves to play these games and is blown away and amazed by the people who make these wonderful mods. Thank you authors and thank you Nexus team. You don't hear that nearly enough. Grrrrr....Seems I have already given you kudos, Brandy. Not too surprising after reading your comment.

I enjoy the fights. I am using Deadly Dragons on Insane and have the Dragon Lords(it is called something else but cant remember the name) mod installed. Just fought my first Dragon Lord and took me around 15 tries. If he noticed me and hit me i died instantly LOL. Was an epic fight.I am a level 42 battlemage type. Had to do the entire battle from stealth hiding next to a cliff with a few trees in front of me. Was great. So yeah, I like the fights, but, I can see your point.

I believe everyone is missing the point. I WANT to mix ingredients. I was just wondering if there was a mod out there that changed the crafting menu so I don't have to do a bunch of scrolling while doing it. I don't want to get a book or mod that gives me all the effects. I want to learn it on my own. For immersions sake. Thanks for all the responses, helpful or otherwise. Now if i could just figure out what the 'Bash Tag Suggestion' that i keep getting when i run BOSS is, then I would be a happy camper.

LOL I guess that answers my question. There is NOT a mod that does this. I use SkyUi and it doesn't affect the crafting menu.

I am not trying to power level or anything. I was just wondering if there was a mod that used a different menu. One like the SkyUi menu where you can click ingrediences without having to scroll all the time.

Heyya Guys. I am doing some Alchemy in my game and my scroll wheel is wearing out and my middle finger is starting to cramp from all the scrolling i am having to do to mix ingredients. I am just trying to level a bit and discover what the different ingredients do. I know there are plenty of mods out there that tell you what they do, but, I want to find out for myself. I am trying to keep my game as immersive as possible. What I really want to know is if there is a mod out there that changes the alchemy menu. Getting soooo tired of using the damn mouse wheel. I thought that I had seen one before while looking through the mods on Nexus, but, have not been able to fine one now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I found the answer in the Frostfall MCM menu. But, thanks and kudos for the help The mod fixes some of the more common bugs by itself. Amazing

I am using Wet and Cold and Frostfall mods in my current game. For some reason i am stuck in swimming mode. I am freezing to death and cant build a campfire or get dry. Any suggestions?

Oh well. Guess I will just ignore it then.

I just got a new system and have installed Skyrim. With the his res mods and great vidio card, the game looks AWESOME. I have just over 100 mods going and have used BOSS and cleaned up all the files with TES5Edit. One thing though. I get this message on several of my mods: Bash Tag suggestion(s): {{BASH: Delev, Relev}} Does this mean that i need to make a bashed patch and add it to my load order like in Fallout:New Vegas? And if so, How do I find out just how to do it? I am ignorant of all this puter stuff and talk and have used video walkthroughs for all my adjustments (BIG THANKS to Gopher for all his great tutorials). I reallly don't want to mess anything up and have to spend several more days redownloading all my mods and installing/cleaning them. Sorry if this subject has been covered before(and it probably has) but I haven't seen anything yet and there are THOUSANDS of threads on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FOUND IT FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! messageboxflush under the UI tab. It is a light mod that lets you close 'OK' type messageboxes with space. You can also use 'y' for yes and 'n' for no plus a few more options. Makes my game play much more easy. LOL only took me several hours of searching. Too many mods that I just have to look at as i see them. ;-) Well, now its too late to play any tonight. Sigh. There is always tomorrow. Thanks again for the help.

Thanks Jack. Kudos for the help. The Better Message Box mod isn't the one i was looking for. But, I guess I can use it instead. Been looking all over Nexus for the one I had before but just cant find it. I thought it was something like 'Craft is already.' but that wasn't it. And a very big thanks for the help with the mouse problem.

I just got a new puter and am reinstalling the game. It looks great with a good system. Thanks to all the authors that have made these excellent mods that make the game soooooo much more. On my old crappy system i had a mod that enabled me to hit the space bar to say 'Yes' or 'OK' when the crafting window popped up. For the life of me I can't seem to find it again. Anyone know what it is called or where it is located on Nexus? Help would be appreciated. Also, sorry for the noob question, but.... Is there a way to increase my curser speed in the game. I have a gaming mouse and have the speed as high as i can use it while out of game. But, in game, it still moves slower than i would like. Looking around and movement are just a bit slow for my tastes. Any help would be appreciated here also. Thanks

Seems to happen on doors that I have .....ummmm........ visited in the night before. I just hate having the stupic 'Pick' window pop up on doors. The place is open so i should just be able to enter normally. Oh well, guess I will have to deal with it. Thanks for the response.

|Heyya all. I am new to Skyrim but not to Nexus. Played Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Got a question for those that know what I dont. Why is it that my character gets xp just for entering a shop or building. I get this pop up window that has 'Pick' with no other options. As it is the middle of the day and the shop is open, I click the 'Pick' and go in. And I get xp for it. I have looked around and have found nothing about this on the forums or a mod that deals with it. Is there such a mod out there that gets rid of this anoying glitch? It just breaks the immersion for me a bit when my toon levels for entering a shop. Am I getting 'Shopping XP'?????

Gratzzzzz..... You guys just blow my mind. The dedication of the modders in this community humble me. I am NOT a modder as I am an idiot when it comes to computer stuff and have only been using this site since Fallout 3. I really have NO IDEA what I would do without it. The content added to the games put the 'Official' designers to shame. And THEY are getting paid for their work. Heres to another ten fruitful and successful years. THANKS FOR ALL THE TIME AND DEDICATION YOU GUYS PUT INTO THESE MODS. I JUST CAN'T GET THE TRUE FEELING OF AWE I HAVE TO COME THROUGH WITHOUT SHOUTING!!!!! LOL!!!! Once you release the specemine, you need to go to the terminal next to the test room door(the big door that leads to the school) and start the basic test again. The go through it like before. Then return to the terminal and do the advanced test again. I think making the players go through the same zone four times is kind of stupid imo.

I just finished OWB and it was.....ummmm..... how to put this kindly? Different???? I only had a few CTDs while doing the whole thing. Overall, it seems to be a stable addition. I didn't like it. It felt like i went from a gritty post apoc world into a kid's cartoon. The humor was a bit over the top. I do have to say that there were a few times i actually laughed insted of sighing. Once you get out ot the Think Tank and into the world it isnt so bad except for the continual comments made by the mad scientists. I would have enjoyed it more if they had toned down the humor content. The Giant RoboScorpion was a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT for me. I was looking forward to a nice brutal fight but it just didnt come through. Overall, it was an OK DLC imo If you like humorous games and cartoonie characters and speech then this will be a good DLC for you. If you are like me and like the gritty, sober more adult content, they you will be disappointed.

You have added so much to this game. You two put Bethesda to shame. I wonder if their designers are looking at this and wondering, 'Why can't we do that?' Keep us posted. GREAT SCREENSHOTS!!!!!!!!!
