Not new to Nexus, but new to uploading. I've created a mod & NMM installer, all tested and working locally. So I created a Nexus page for it, added description, images, etc, and uploaded the mod file.
Problem: when clicking the "DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER" button, instead of seeing the list of requirements or warning messages, I see a blank, square dialog box with no content, and the mod does not download to NMM. Downloading manually then adding the downloaded file to NMM allows it to install properly.
What am I doing wrong, and how can I get the NMM download to work?

"DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER" button not working for my uploaded file

I've created a mod with a Fomod installer, and everything works great offline: it installs/uninstalls in NMM just fine.
But when I upload it to Nexus and click the "Download With Manager" button in the (unpublished) Nexus page, I get a blank dialogue box instead of prerequisites list, and the file doesn't download to NMM.
Downloading manually then adding to NMM as a file, or adding it by URL, works fine. Obviously I don't want to publish a mod that can't be downloaded so I'm grateful for any assistance!
"Download With Manager" works fine for other mods, I only have trouble with my own uploaded mod.
Why doesn't the "Download With Manager" button work for my mod and how can I fix it?
