I If you have a mod that edits those vampires NPCs and you have encountered them before installing that mod then you have to check their new weight and set them in-game tilde key then click your target setnpcweight [new weight] disable enable moveto player this is only a simple fix if it doesn't work then you have to fix the facegen files and you need to do that with the CK and that I don't know how to do. I've never done it and never needed to.

You are not the only one my friend, I stopped using Mod Organizer's downloading feature since I discovered you can pause and start a download manually without losing progress/starting from 0 again. Most of time it gets stuck too.

So I made a thread here which no one replied to, just want to share that I fixed it by clearing every ini file (backups by SPIni) in mod organizer and my games/skyrim folder. Now I no longer get ctd on almost so many things I was trying, I did so many things like update windows, check for disk integrity, verify game files on steam, change sounds properties and so many other i've read (except reformat pc) and this fixed it finally :) I remember deleting those INI files before but I didn't delete the backups and now my skyrim works

I have done a chkdsk for corrupted files, found none. Did a defragment and optimize using auslogics diskdefrag and I still have the same reproducible freeze screen/infinite loading screen on walking near Largashbur/coc on Shagrol's Longhouse with just using the official dlc files and unofficial patches + SKYUI and Alternate Start. I am now going to try without any mod and will launch Skyrim using the original launcher instead of ModOrganize/SKSE.

Thank you for your reply sir but I was making new saves to test the mods I'm removing out of loadorder. I am prepared to start from the beginning as long as I don't encounter that anymore in Largashbur or any location. Thank you for the reply sir but I have this SKSE.ini edits already when I was trying to make new game saves

I've been playing with 100+mods until level 27 and encountered a screen freeze in orc stronghold in Riften - Largushbur. I have done multiples] tests removing mods and making a new game to see which one is causing it. I ended up with just using the Official DLCs and its patches +SkyUI and Alternate start and whenever I use 'coc' command to get to Shagrols Longhouse or go near Largushbur by walking and I still get the infinite loading screen/freeze. I use Mod organizer and SKSE. I no longer use SafetyLoad as I've read that SKSE already have the same feature that it provides. I've done TES5Edits on the official DLCs year ago and build up the mods I wanted to use and only had the time to play Skyrim this year but I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.
