Can we unlock the Skyhold Dragon Decor for the single player that doesn't play multiplayer?

My gosh it's one year later Dorian and I are okay, but my companions have been imprisoned with Red Lyrium poisoning and then we find Leliana; EEK! what the hell happened to her, she is grotesque. I must have missed something that explains her appearance (no make-up isn't an excuse) has anyone considered a mod softening her edges or overhauling them completely for the time-warped Redcliffe scenes? Thank you
