Have you tried archive invalidation already? "Verify integrity of game cache" in tab local files in the properties of Skyrim in steam, it will download some stuff, but since you've uninstalled mods already, it shouldn't interfere with those. Good luck! Edit: typo

I've made a mod and i want to share it. I don't want to share it as an esp, but as a nexus mod manager file for easy install. Can someone guide me in the right direction?
