I don't know what is going on with this latest update, my game was running perfectly before upgrading to the latest nmm, my mods were as stable as mods this early before the geck can be, I had no real problems with crashes or anything at all. Since installing the new NMM I have gone through the following issues. 1: The game still unchecks all my mods, still trying to bypass that similarly to older version. 2: Even when all mods were checked again, a lot of the mods were missing ingame. 3: Then all of a sudden no matter if I launch it through the launcher or NMM, where when I click play, launcher closes and then launcher reopens. Note: I have no changed any mods. I have not changed any settings, etc.. Only thing I have done is install the latest version of NMM.

While this whole thing is extremely unlikely, it was bound to happen to someone.

Kudos for your hard work man, I am not sure what I'd do without the nexus sites to be perfectly honest. First chance I can afford supporting the site financially a bit I will, I realize I haven't done it in the past due to personal financial reasons, but it's time to give something back for all the work you guys have put into this site. -
This is not doable currently, though it is an interesting idea, even if I'm not a fan of stargate myself.

Well if someone were to do this, I'd gladly volunteer for some voice acting, though would require my country was added to the game first. But yeah would be a great addition to this game to get some different accents and such. -
Sounds like you figured it out, but for future reference for others. You use the modpatcher, which can be found stickied somewhere on here.

Xcom does not work with the NMM.

Oh well that is a shame. Anyhow, seems a full reinstall of the game did the trick, so probably some corrupt gamefile.

I will try that out, currently trying to completely reinstall the game and see if it was some issue with the game that caused it, prior attempts I was just using steam "Verify game cache" whenever I had tried to change something and it didn't work, you know to reset things to point one, I will let you know how it goes when it's done installing.

Okay so issue is, whenever I use the modpatcher, my game crashes upon start up, as in not even getting to start the game at all. The step I go through is 1) Downloaded Modpatcher and placed it in Binary/Win32, with all the files in the rar file (Tried redownloading it a few times to see if I had a corrupted download of it or something) 2) Downloaded the Xcom Meddler. 3) Made my changes to DefaultGameCore, saved it as a .mod file in the binary/win32 folder. 4) Running the modpatcher 5) Running the game from steam in offline mode Am I missing something here? Cause when I do that, the game crashes, even if I'm not making a single change whatsoever to the DefaultGameCore and I run the modpatcher, it still wont work. Ofcourse I have the latest version of the modpatcher and the Xcom meddler.

Snipers weak?!.. That's a first, I had two snipers completely dominate the battlefield with ease while the rest of my troops was standing back doing nothing, really I found snipers to be by far the most powerful class in the game when used properly. Just thought I'd give me 2 cents on that, if not interested in my opinion on them, well ignore this.

Well if such a editor was to be made, I'd like an option to import soldiers from another game, I have grown far too fond of this particular soldier of mine, I really doubt without her I can make myself do another playthrough, just wont be the same without her around.

Well I actually did work out all the issues but the sound one so far, I went through every single mod one by one to figure out the issue, it was Skyrim Scaling Stopper that was conflicting with the game. Took me over 4 hours to go through them all though.

Okay so a bit of background info, until I got dawnguard, the game actually worked perfectly fine in spite of my fairly heavy modding and in spite I am a fairly big noob when it comes to load order. I'm using windows 7 home edition 64bit. AMD Phenom II x4 965 processor 3.4 GHz 8 gb of ram ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series, I don't recall the specifics right at this moment. Disclaimer: It's not performance issues, as my comp has been running these mods without any issues whatsoever and a steady high FPS. Issue one; Once I start a new game, I can see the carriage drive off, but I'm stuck behind floating slightly over the road or beside the road inside a rock, while it continues to tell me "you can't walk this way" or something to that effect, though as I'm not actually supposed to walk anywhere on my own at this point, just you know sit back and listen to the other three prisoners, then yeah. Issue two; I keep crashing during load screens when trying to leave the tavern in Riverwood on another character, though it worked perfectly fine before installing dawnguard. Issue three; I have the issue of no sound when looking directly at someone, I have been googling and trying out the first 10 fixes atleast, the ones I recall on the top of my head is. Lower sample rate. Make the game run with stereo. And I recall a few fix mods I tried out that seemed to do nothing. And here is the BOSS Log.

Okay so here goes, getting pretty tired of travelling around the world looking for skill trainers for the things I want, so would it be possible for someone to make an NPC in riverwood whom I can learn every skill from to level 100, with the still 5 skill points per level limit still present. Simply a little mod to make things less frustrating in regards to finding the right trainers.

Yeah pretty much, what I'm requesting is some swords longswords and hand and a half swords that are used in two hands, faster, shorter than greatswords, little lower damage but overall more damage due to faster attack speed, lose the reach of the greatsword for more speed, without this type of weapon? Really no styles in the game that fits me. Longsword 1 Longsword 2 Longsword 3
