  1. ok. I think I actually did it right the first time. I noticed that I saw a dead female hunter and she was naked. now how to do the same with my partner, as she has no clothes in apparel to take? My character is married.
  2. no. it is here: c:\program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Skyrim\Data\Texture\ only, add "common" so it looks like this: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\meshes & C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Data\Textures
  3. this exactly: C:-Program Files-Steam-SteamApps-common-skyrim-Data Right click on the zip file, rest the cursor on WinZip, Extract to: then go to the path above. and also, when I tick "load loose files" it doesn't stay ticked if I open it again. ?
  4. It shouldn't matter where skyrim is installed, you should put mods inside the "data" foulder located inside your "skyrim" one. The file path depends on the texture/mesh/sound/etc you are replacing. Usually when you download somebody else's mod they will already have created all the necessary subfoulders and you'll find inside their archive either a data foulder (which you should simply merge with yours) or a texture/mesh/whatever foulder which you should put inside your data one (sorry, I'm phrasing it quite badly). When making your own mods you should check the bsa files for the correct file location. Hope this makes sense. I'm sorry. I feel like this is exactly what I did. It's no different than Oblivion or Morrowind mods, right?
  5. or does it go in the folder called "sourcemods"? In program files, I only have a steam folder that contains skyrim. Where am I writing the new directory? what should it's filepath be? I have MW and OB installed in beth's folder, but not Skyrim.
  6. then I have yet to find the "real" folder.
  7. All of my folders (in the main data folder) that should be folders are BSA files. ??? I added mods and they are in the data folder, but they are actual folders and I am clueless how to install the mods. I installed the game from a disc. I knew how to do this with MW and OB, but am stumped here.
