Hai :3, for some reason M&B nexus isn't reading that i have premium membership? i cannot use the premium servers(when i click on them they bring me to the why to get premium thing), i don't know if i' m still capped or not. i still get premium on the other sites though.

Agreed, im only allowed 4GB of bandawith a DAY on my new internet connection(suxxx) But i dont mind the ad's, i cant afford premium so its my way of showing support for the site.

Well I liked the 1-10 system but it really had some bad flaws besides being rated a 1 or a 10, people who didn't rate it a 10 even were saw as "insulting the author" or "giving unfair ratings". Honestly i don't see Any 1 to anything system working not because of the system, but of the people using it. maybe if we could be more accepting of a non-10 and people could give more information about bugs/problems/ etc. before rating it a 1 it would work.

Well most of the time i don't negatively endorse if i don't like a mod, and if its broken/needs work, i just leave a comment and if the modder sees interest/fixes it. then i endorse it. The reason for this is the reasons for negative endorsements are too short and i mean yeah, i could pm the modder but if you've looked at some modders pm boxes there beyond full. and i agree with the OP, negative endorsements ATM are pretty useless. they provide no feedback,constructive criticism, just a polite way of saying "i dont like your mod muggleface >:(". thats my two cents

If you are getting them on every page visit then something is wrong. They're on an 8 hour timer (1 every 8 hours). The system to insure you don't get spammed by them is no doubt using cookies to track the times so if you're blocking cookies then it is going to cause problems on the site.
I use google chrome and I am getting the video ads which delay the download on every large download. Please get this under control.
I'm getting the exact same problem, and sometimes even after the video is done i just go to a blank grey page.
Edit: Also im using Firefox Beta 4

Ive had the same problem with the same video card and ive looked for help for it everywhere, and all i got was "its an overheating problem", which i dont know if thats true but ATI gave Little to no support saying "we will try to fix it in our next driver release". ...Sorry, thought id share my findings(it does it on other high-end games at really high resolutions.)

it is the M1 garand but with a twist, The M1 Garand actually fires 30 odd six bullets instead of the .308(7.62x51mm), Also theres a lot of weapons that eject from the top and using COD to determine if a firearm is what it is a bad way to go with it, as COD has a lot of inconsitencies. It is a good game none the less.

Why does M$ keep *bleeping* Windows game players? If it wasn't for games Apple would have a much larger percentage of the personal computer market.
I know this is in the first post page but, To awnser your question, Xbox360 market makes more money. its kinda sad that microsoft is in the PC gaming alliance yet does nothing to keep it alive rather just to say "hey! were here for you!" then go make xbox360 exclusives. But that is how it is now, The xbox360 platform is both cheaper to make games for and safer(in some opinions). The xbox360 comes with a DRM itself so companies dont have to invest one just to protect there games economy. In fact the thing people complain so much about is the only thing keeping the PC gaming industry going. PC gamers and pirates alike were warned by Developers and microsoft that if piracy didnt stop the course it was on DRM would have to be implimented and noone did stop so to save the industry we have DRM.
SO to awnser your question in a TL;DR state. xbox360 is safer and cheaper, makes more money then PC, therefor M$ goes in the way of the dollar bill...yall

Im very impulsive...So i have to use mods not to self rectify cheating (i.e fast travel and using the console) Its very very easy to rectify cheating for me Since I have to use a laptop now which JUST meets the minimum requirments So i tend to Tgm a lot just to cease fustration from combat lag, another real problem i have is with the mini games, I played fallout 3 since it came out constantly till NV game out so...They have absolutly no interest to me whatsoever in any way, so i resort to cheating. I love to roleplay and i never cheat first 2 playthroughs(With amazing self resistance mind you). NV has a lot of bugs too and broken quests so sometimes console commands are needed(which ends me having to turn no console off).

So i looked at the cell in FO3edit and it says everything is fine :S this happens in other metros too like the ones the ghouls are at,where the "vampires" are at, and the Farragut metro station. i checked all of these and theirs no conflicts. The files that edit it are the unoffical patch and FOOK [DESTRUCTION] main. also to you're post that's Darn UI, And those stats are for my damage resistance and Critical chance as well for my RI-primary needs stats
Also i did start a new game same thing :(

Dual wielding Pistols is near impossible, Custom animators are few and far, and considering the trouble its been to put duel wielding anim's into the gamebryo engine i wouldn't get your hopes up on this anytime soon ^^; But I'm sure Someone could do the single pistol! =3

I dont know if this has been asked, but, A FOOK weapon sorter would be grand(possibly in the basement of the range, Lots of room) and for the first aid box a sorter for BLTC chems would be awesome too =D

I too have had problems with downloading...Empty pages, Files cant be downloaded because there set to hidden..when there not(usually a few back to page and reclick fixes this) and random downloads not being synced to the server even if there 5 years old..
Most of these problems happen on the fallout3nexus but i have had problems on the skyrim nexus with empty pages.
Browser: Waterfox ver. 16.0.1
Download manager: IDM 6.12(note that i turned off IDM downloads for nexus to see if it would help, did not solve problem)
This also seems to happen more frequently on premium servers though it still happens on Normal servers.
