  2. I mean think about it, if a mean looking assassin suddenly appeared out the blue and chopped your buddy in half... o_O I don't know about you, but I would run like hell! So how about an invisibility spell that demoralizes npcs close around you when you appear. Or better yet; your invisible, and demoralize triggers only if decide to hit someone while the spell is taking place ( this would make a badass entrance to a fight dont cha think?) So does anyone have an idea for a script like this?
  3. oops looks like their may be a problem, the script skips to straight to killing the bats without exploding. I'm not certain, but perhaps i put the script in the wrong spot? I've tried: -In the creatures script slot -as separate script effect within the summon spell -as an ability The bat summon is a script as well, the one thing i haven't tried yet is combining the explode script within the bat summon script
  4. ty for the reply This would be a script exclusive for an npc , not a spell. The player will cast a spell, summoning the npc and simultaneously causing a 5 second countdown to start. (so the script will start once the player summons the npc) After 5 seconds are up, the script will make the npc cast an explosion spell, the script will then kill the npc, and remove the corpse. hopefully that resolves some confusion. ----------------------------------- Heres how the 'heat seeking part works' I have a scripted summon spell which conjures 5 bats these bats have 100 aggression, 0 responsibility, 100 speed (so that they can locate other npc's from far away) and are evil. These bats will be added to a custom faction so that they do not attack one another. When summoned into the game, the bats attack anything living except for the player, and cause npc's to attack them without warning. If there is nothing around to fight, the bats will hover around the player (so one must be careful with this spell or the bats will explode on their master)
  5. I need a script effect for an npc, that makes it cast a wide area fire damage spell after a 5 second countdown, kills it, then removes the corpse. Strange request I know but is it possible? The only timed explosion effect I've seen is in Frantic's 'Black Powder Bombs'

  7. Most of my quivers are clipping with my characters cape or wings. I'm also using flaming arrows and aylied arrows, so with an invisible mesh/texture i would assume it would look like my bow is shooting magic attacks. If anyone could make this for me i would greatly appreciate it.
  8. So I'm playing a soul eater class, and i thought it would be cool if every time I kill an enemy its 'savory soul' would be trapped in a bottle. I guess the easiest way to go about this is to make a magic effect that adds a potion each time an enemy is killed. If your thinking "hmm this sounds familiar," ya its kinda like Poe hunting from zelda.
  9. A scripted item(maybe a sigil or scroll) that transports you to a dark 'foil' of Cyrodiil. A world where the sky's are eternally black , Where ghosts(stock npc's with ghost effect shader) walk the plane. The main character is a drifter between the two worlds, and can transport themselves whenever they so choose. In conclusion an item that: -Changes the color of the sky into something ominous and dark /or loops the time to make it constantly night. -Creates a ghost effect on all the human Npc's *Allows for you to change the world back to the way it was with one click. If you know of any mods with a similar feel please share.
  10. -- I cant remove my hood because the game crashes -- I cant edit my characters race because the game crashes Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? *edit* NVM I FIXED IT it seems when i changed the name/stats of the DB hood in one esp, it created a conflict with the main esp causing my game to crash when i tried to remove the hood. By changing the stats and name back to its original my game stopped crashing.
  11. Is it possible to make a bow enchantment effect that gives arrows area of impact damage? Like if i shoot at a wall, the arrow will explode as if I've hit an npc.
  12. You could try adding elemental damage to your fists, Midas Magic has spells for that. I don't usually play brawler characters but I think these mods are cool.   13. Here are A few mods I've used in the past... "Illusionary Summons" Pack by Noran the Axe. This mod is pretty cool, it allows you to summon ghostly dremora lord's called Phantasmal Killer's. Its hp and damage is a little weak but it makes up for it with its terrific spells. It can demoralize and turn undead anything up to level 200, and can summon multiple copies of itself. Ethereal Imps from Leo Gura's "The Lost Spires" These imps are purple monsters with wispy genie legs. The spell is scaled by your conjuration skill, If your a master you can summon 3 ethereal imps at the same time. They're not very durable but there destruction spells are pretty useful. "Akatosh Mount" by Saiden Storm Really cool mod, not only can you fly these dragons but they're fire breath is really brutal. Don't summon them in tunnels because they easily get stuck.

  18. Ya you can add custom bounded armors to your game without scripting using tescontruction set. I learned how to do it from this youtube tutorial. its a pretty easy method

  20. 1) Go to TES Construction set 2) hit Data then click on the esp of that mod, load it. 3) Click Spell, then under that click Power 4) Find the summon lich spell you were talking about and click it 5) under "Type" change "Power" into a "Spell" then save your new esp. After that you should be able to use that spell as much as you want Btw can you post a link of that mod your talkin about?
  21. I'm compiling a few custom armors into bound spells. But as I'm adding helmets, greaves etc... I cant seem to find the amulets or tail items I was going to add into the effect editor... Does anyone know a way i can get amulet and tail items onto a bound armor spell?
  22. Is this possible? Because Its almost impossible for me to play with bows in 3rd person, and although the modded sword styles are really cool, I often miss when my enemies are knocked down because the swing animations are really wild. For these reasons I think a lock- on function for third person would really improve the game play.
