  1. Possibly but i know in skyrim for ex if you made a anim on the vanilla skeleton im pretty sure it's incompatible with xpms and fnis i could be wrong though...what other site are you referencing?
  2. Hmm i hear ya, ill still be pursuing that, is there a fallout 4 skeleton like xpms? I use cbbe and plan to use that body mesh during my animation, i assume I need to give credit to caliente and potentiLly xpms?
  3. Thanks for the advice I was a little worried that I'd be in over my head bc most people recommend starting small but no one specified what "small" is. So yea once again thank ya:)
  4. I thought up a mod more or less bathing mod but for power armor as u play it gets more dirty and u have to take it back to a station and clean it it'd have animations and what not thatd be cool. And if integrated with this just a real big power armor overhaul and using in game animations like hammering, wielding, screwing you could repair it and clean it sounds extensive but sick

  6. Hey all, im new to making mods but not new to modding so i have a good understanding of how game files wrk and are located and what not. Now the only mods that I would like to create are animation mods so ice been looking into tutorials for 3ds max animating. My question is, are animation mods really hard to do? I know ones with scripts get nutty and so I'm stay away from scripting for right now. But let's say a simple idle of a character yawning, do you guys think that is aiming to high for a first mod or is that reasonably attainable? Thank you in advance for help:)
  7. Thats a brilliant idea, what do u envision? Like whatd be a good super mutant finisher? Im almost positive that there's a mod that adds the ability for kill anims to play on synth and other humanoid like ghouls. So. We'd have to add "monster" kill anims

Hmmm interesting, if this mod were to go through some of those could be implemented depending on how much I get into scripts most interestingly the blood loss mechanic and if u had lost alot of blood you could use the useless blood packs to keep the bleed out on the dl lol on the go blood transfusion. Do you have any mod experiance?
  13. Solid idea but sounds very script heavy...maybe a toggle feature or a lite version and full version. Also...I often feel that Skyrim/Fallout is big and sandboxy but doesn't have alot to interact with, like aside from side quest there's not to much of a reason to go into bars. Any ideas that could make u interact with the town and just make the world more interactive like GTA,how u can smoke a bong, or get on the webz. Maybe playin a card game in the bars or something?
  14. I've actually never played Arma but I've heard people mention that mechanic before, but what exactly do you mean by death alternative? I was just thinking using the in game sys just change the anim that plays when both legs are crippled.
  15. Very good ideas, no lie, ive never modded but i plan to start modding and tbh I have no interest in meshing and modeling and creating weapons/items things. I plan to sink some time into learning animations and creating them. So having said that the sleeping animation is something I could do sounds simple, and im sure if I contact flipdeezy with the sleeping animations they could help me. With all of that said my end game idea is a Immersive Crippling Overhaul where it keeps the same system but when your legs are both crippled you will be forced to crawl, as a person with a boner for survival play I'd love to implement that so if these sleep anims work out ill try to move on to that...any more anims recommendation or feedback is appreciated:)

  17. Tryin to think up mod ideas for an animation mod, I've noticed there's lack of immersion animation mods(aside from see yourself drink, sleep, use chems, and bathe) any good ideas floating around?
  18. Would be interesting to see a mod that adds power sliding. Titanfall and other shooters come to mind, when your sprinting if you crouch while sprinting you will do a slide animation. Could be great,trying to add more solid mechanics for first and third person play.
  19. Indeed your right, I was throwing the request out there to maybe give some ideas.
  20. It would be cool to see a mod utilizing the in-game crippling system to further expand on realism. For example, if both of your legs are crippled the Sole Survivor would crawl on the ground. It would be hardcore on survival if you were out in the wastes and had to crawl to the nearest bed.
