The file link in the original thread also says that the author requested it hidden. Odd. Since the general idea of how he did it is known, I wonder if anyone else could pull it off.

Yeah, I asked for this in the "What Mod is This?" thread a couple of days ago, but to no avail. I find dead links to it all over the internet, but nothing substantial. I REALLY want this mod. If anyone has any clue, please PLEASE let us know.

I've found various links to pipboy mods that make the light a directional light (like a flashlight) instead of radial. Unfortunately all of the links I've found on various boards are dead links leading to non-existent files. I tried using the search function but could not find the mod. Does anyone know of a mod that changes the pipboy light into a directional light? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I could do that. But that'd be more of a temporary solution as I'd like to be able to equip any helmet and simply toggle the display of it on and off at will. Thanks for the help, though. I'll see if I can figure something out.

That's not what I mean. What I want is to be able to have a helm equipped, but it not displayed. I want to keep the stats of the helm, but not have the graphic showing.

Apologies in advance if this is being posted in the wrong forum. I'm looking for a way to toggle the helms/hat graphics on and off. Similar to how in WoW there is an interface option to display/hide helm. I would have course just not wear a hat, but I'm such a stat freak I don't want to waste the helm slot. I just want to see the character I have made, instead of a helmet. Does anyone know of a mod that can achieve this? Or if I am retarded and somehow have missed an option from vanilla? Worst case scenario I may try to tackle this as my first contribution to the site if there is not already a mod in existence. Thanks in advance for any answers.
