There is a fantastic mod I personnaly use for a while which fit all your needs, Dovahkiin Hideout : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12553 It seems that the author is not active anymore... But the last version works well with 1.6 without any bug (for me).

Any news about this request ? thank you.

I am very interrested in this idea but unfortunately no skills in modding. Will it be difficult to do ?
