  1. Same here, with Telstra over 4G mobile data. We (Australia) had this problem about 6 weeks back if memory serves.. i might have to look into a VPN.. or ditch one of my plans and plug into the NBN which they have been noisily installing just outside our fence (never thought I'd ever see the NBN happen in our area!) Edit: and 1/2 hr after my post it's back up. Really like to know the actual reason, was it Teltra or just coincidence?
  2. Hi, I'm in Australia and images seem to not load from a certain date or point in time: so in the Supporters images I cannot see the first 3 items - in the general images I need to go back as far as page 10 or 11 to see images appearing (everything forward of that the images just don't load). Odd: Yet I just uploaded a general image (which I can't see) but others are viewing and one person has endorsed so far so others can see images fine.. The issue also seems to apply to recently uploaded or updated mods too. Edit: I would also like to add that images within the page descriptions are working - ie: Skyrim: viewing the Clockwork (Clockwork Castle) mod that has just been added; the top three thumbnails don't load but the images in the description do (I assume the images are loading from different servers). Nor can I see the 90 images the author has uploaded (it looks good too from what I can see!)
  3. I have only been modding Skyrim (here via Nexus only) since October last year. Before that I owned and played it on PS3. So I have now purchased and own Legendary editions for 2 platforms. I happily pay for Premium membership here on the Nexus; only game I have on Steam: Skyrim Q: given that to run a legal copy of Skyrim you must have Steam installed, is it possible that Valve could close out mods from anywhere else running at all? - forcing everyone to their paywall (or a hacked setup which btw has not even crossed my mind (yet..)? Also, and I'm sure this has been discussed at some point, is there a way that a small percentage of premium membership fee goes to not just the mod author but also any of the modders whose work it relies on - it would have to be based on a percentage per download or something and I think there would still need to be completely free mods too for general membership. I would be happy to consider a higher membership fee to see the some of the amazing modders here earn something (if not a living) for their work.
