I am having issues with the download history page as well. Before it was updated on the 3rd, it functioned normally, now it either hangs forever or displays the 'please allow 10 minutes for new downloads to appear in this list' forever. Correction, this issue occurs specifically on my primary browser (the soon to be useless Internet Explorer). Firefox is extremely slow to load the download history tab.
