Hi. I have been having exactly the same issue, and am still trying to find a resolution. I have ruled out the Immersive Cities as a problem, as with it completely disabled i still had a whiterun slaughter occur -_- Apart from that, I am also using UFO (which i have had no previous problem with), Sneak Tools, Better Dynamic Snow, WIC Cloaks (however, mine is Craft only), Wearable Lanterns, Dance of Death and Radiant and Unique Potions, Poisons and Booze. I also have the Dawnguard DLC, So most likely it is one of the above causing this issue. Otherwise, we are both just incredibly unlucky. If you find a resolution, or have already found one, please let me know, you would be a lifesaver.

Hey guys. I've recently encountered a serious bug involving the guards of skyrim (only whiterun as far as I have noticed) in which they are constantly going on killing sprees. Although this may have been amusing at first, it is now really annoying and breaking my game, as it is happening quite commonly when I am around them, and it is never a specific target, many times ending with everyone a target. Has anyone encountered a bug like this? I have a feeling it may be due to conflicting mods, yet when disabling them all and playing my game, it still occurs. Please help!
