  2. Okay, I'm making an alyied ruin house, and I want to have a pool sort of thing in the main bed room, but I don't know how to place water into the area without filling the entire thing up how can I go about it.

I have both Oblivion and Fallout 3 for the PS3 and I love both of the games, I eventually bought the PC version of oblivion for the opportunity to Mod, which I also love, Now I'm planning on getting the PC version of Fallout for the mods but I'm wondering. For the PC version of Oblivion Cutthroat Mods created the CM Companion Mod which allowed me to create my own companions and its my favorite mod, is there anything like that For Fallout 3?
  6. Well... I looked at the scripting and it looked like a cheaply translated version of hebrew chinese hieroglyphics to me, I caught none of it... lol, I'm gonna have to wait until someone can push me through it in a stroller...
  7. You and I are about at the same stage right now.... lol, you have no idea how many tries it took me just to make a new race... jeez it was horrible... I don't know how to script but I'll take a look at it and see what I get.

Okay, this may be kinda complicated but I kinda need a detailed description as to how to make this work, If there is someway to just make an AI Package to make this work that would be great but, well... Here it is. I'm using the Cutthroat Companion Mod and any time I leave my companions somewhere its always at my Sewer hideout... I need some way of making it so that when I tell them to "Stay Here" (Always at my sewer hideout) they will freely open the doors inside my hideout and move throughout the rest of the hideout. Right now I can only have them in one cell, and I feel that them being able to travel through the hideout will add more realism to the place. Any help would be appreciated but anything other than a "Well you should just be able to-" would be awesome. A detailed Description would be perfect and greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't mind if it took a long time, but the problem I'm having is that I waited for nearly a year and it still isn't done I'm just wondering how long it does take so I can know how long I'm going to have to wait. I can be patient enough, it just seems like nothing is happening at all. the first game I played with the mod installed they came to me about finding a gardener, and then in the second game they never even came to get me about the gardener. And even after I did find the gardener in the first game, nothing occured afterwards... It just doesn't seem like the mod is working.
  10. I downloaded the Kvatch Rebuilt mod, and up until they begin rebuilding the city everything is fine. Then after all of the debris is cleared and after the buildings are half way done, nothing progresses, is there a certain in game timer that sets up the quests? how long are the timers set too? Because I had one game where they came to me about the gardner only a week or two after I found the lost shipment, and in my last game I waited an entire in game year and no one ever came to me about the gardener. I'm confused and I really want to see it finished can someone help?
  11. Okay It wont let me combine them... its being stupid... If someone can somehow combine the cutthroat companions mod and the XRC race compilation it would be greatly greatly appreciated, I want to make some companions out of the races that they made because they are AMAZING... If this is possible it would be very awesome.

I'm thinking about combining two of my mods into one because one has a lot of races and the other one is my companion mod, I want to be able to make companions of those races so I'm wanting to combine the two mods... Is there anything I should worry about when combing mods, or is it as smooth as cake?
  13. Okay, I created a few of my own npcs... and everything is perfect with the exception of... I also modded to create a castle for myself, and I have a heck of a lot of NPCs that live there with me... however they all live in one room, what can I do to allow those NPCs to walk through interior doors without leaving the castle? Because my main hall is getting crowded and I fell allowing them to move throughout the castle will add a little more life to my humble abode.

Ok, I finally gave him a greeting, what I had to do was create a faction called dwarves and then copy and paste all of the greetings and stuff that I wanted him to be able to say, into that faction... Now I have another problem, he doesn't talk (sound) I gave him the orc voice (seemed right for the deepness) but I can't hear him, not a big deal but I would prefer it.
  15. Ok... I've come to the conclusion that the reason it isn't working is because its not picking up my race... for some reason as long as I don't pick the d warf race I can create characters with dialog but as soon as I try to make a dwarf it will not allow him to have dialogue... I'm irrefutably confused.
  16. I didn't import the race, I just went ahead and made my own dwarf race. And I checked all of the tutorials, but they aren't really succeeding in answering my question, they are detailed in every way necessary for someone who wants to learn how to mod but thats not my problem, I already have the race made, all the scripting and ai is done, It just will not allow me to add a greeting to my dwarf's dialogue list... and I can't find an explination to that problem anywhere. I've seen posts on other websites with posts of people having the same problem as myself but there is no explination, and I'm using thet Cutthroat Companion mod, and the fact that I can't give the dwarf a greeting makes it completely impossible to recruit him because without a greeting I am incapable of speaking to him... ugh.... This is so aggrivating...
  17. Okay... I recently created dwarves in the TES Construction Editor and everything is working fine... With one exception... They have a "I Have No Greeting" text that pops up when I try to speak to him, I check his dialogue and everything is there with the exception of his greeting... I try to right click to add a topic but to no avail... How can I give him a greeting? It only happens when I change the race of a character.
  18. Ok I just created the Dwarf race (more simple than I thought it would be) but now I have another problem... I cant give him dialogue, or at least don't know how.... Any help?

Okay I downloaded the Dwarf Race 2.0.1 mod and I'm trying to move my dwarf character over to my personal mod... how can I go about moving my dwarf that I made with the Dwarf Race mod over to my companion character mod? or is there some possible way of making a dwarf in my mod? the reason I'm asking is because all of the Partnerscripts I am using are in my personal mod and it would be a lot easier if there were some way to put the dwarf in my own mod, but my mod doesnt have the capabilities to make a dwarf and I am just really confused.... Is there some way of making the dwarf race selectable on my own mod? I'm new at modding and there isn't a copy choice or anyway to export certain things can someone help?
  20. I have one more question... concerning mods, so I figured I would do it here. How can I copy a spell from one mod to the other?
  21. Why I was asking was because I have a few other mods that I downloaded that require the OBSE loader will they still activate if I use the other loader? <Love the avatar by the way, love bleach>
  22. OH MY GOD! I FOUND IT! I've been using the OBSE Loader... and for some reason I have no data files option on that loader, so all of my own mods were working only for the original loader that came with the game, so I can run them through the original loader... Now, is there anyway I can get my mods to work in the OBSE
